Just thought I would post points 1-6 below which cover and refute what you keep posting.

1.Ed has declared his preliminary view is to deny
2.To deny the permit Ed has to have a legally valid reason
3.Ed has not denied the permit as yet as there is no legally valid reason to decline
4.If Ed denies the permit the reason for the denial will be challenged in court
5.To date Advent has had favourable outcomes in every court case it has ever being involved with that has anything to do with PEP11
6.NOPTA has approved PEP11....againJust thought I'd post points 1-6 that cover with facts
