They were given approval by Nopta to drill for oil ( not gas like us ) 370ks of the coast in the great australian bight in S.Aus. A $200m project. The company gave up, sailed away into the sunset never to invest it's money again in Aus. The government thought those tactics worked then so they should also work with Pep 11. They weren't expecting court action, were they find themselves today. patients everyone, we will get there eventually.
