Will the ASX allow them to relist with only $140k working capital. With over 2 billion shares after relisting they will need to issue more in a capital raising for working capital as $140k won’t last long. I can’t see defending a court case in the federal court against the government being cheap especially when the government using one of the largest and most respected law firms in Australia.
