GLTAH This PEP11 story is not dead, even at $0.003 it has a lot of life left in the story I think. The government will try and sell "we have dealt with PEP11", but a lot of us understand the regs, corruption and timeline and are rusted onto this sucker.
Personally $0.003 is a gift and I will be happy to top up a few.
