Not really, I used profits I made from when you sold me BPHOB at $0.003, which I then sold at $0.03, and put that into the MMR placements and the rights issue. So the slight dip after refusal, which I believe will be shortlived once the court case announced, is a modest reduction in my BPHOB profits, not an actual loss. Hopefully you can grasp that simple concept, my position in MMR is free carried.
