People like you love to overcomplicate what is a very simple situation.
The PEP11 application was about to be approved in February 2021 until the illegal intervention by Scomo. I exited BPH on 4/3/21, posted about it at the time.
Those of us who did the research and the due diligence knew the Government could not win the court case, so with high conviction I re-entered BPH in late 2022.
Naturally the court case was conceded by the Government not long after, something I also posted about at the time.
The writing was on the wall again in late 2023/early 2024, FOI's and other documents showed that Albanese could not be trusted to follow due process.
Now we have de-ja-vu, Albanese has done a Morrison, and he left the evidence in the best possible place for Advent, on the record immortalised in Hansard.
And just like late 2022, I am reinvested, mainly via MMR for the tax free gains that I believe will come. Albanese has provided a third bite of the PEP11 cherry.
It's that simple, I have total conviction that Advent will go court again, conviction that the Government will concede again, and conviction that we will get our NOPTA approval.
It's OK if you don't have that conviction.
