i think it wasnt much expected the reissue would pass but the shareprice rose bigtime initially when nobody knew yet the thing could only be voted on by none optionholders it then fell to where is now along with the shares it only passed 56% so if shares hadnt fallen and id been commenting i d say for sure it would of failed
