    Got to assume you never opened a single Annual Report or the Prospectus. It's all there in black and white. Money owed to Advent, money owed to the former Directors, money owed to current Directors. Pity BUY BOD kept taking cash when there is none, might have saved the firesale. MMR now has no creditors and $3M in the bank.
