So it seems to me atm that the BIG issue for MMR atm is suspension again from the ASX, after not even 8 weeks of trade on the ASX again after a 5 year hiatus, the longest from what I know any company has been suspended on the ASX and certainly the longest suspension of any company I’ve held by about 3 1/2 years !!!!!
Every time I mention the possibility of suspension again for MMR in the ST because of non compliance, 3X and the MMR pump club ignore and deflect the situation crew !!!!!
To me that makes this evolving situation in MMR very relevant, and moves it to the forefront imo for MMR moving forward, clearly MMR dosent have a tangible project to trade under anymore now both state and federal governments have denied the Pep11 exploration license, which was basically all of the recent prospectus for return to trade cap raise for MMR with any value in it.
PDF,s are scrutinised to the max by the ASX especially with DB at the helm and his history with the ASX compliance crew over the years, and the many suspensions of both MMR and BPH over the journey.
Obviously now with this being public fact now, I’m starting to actually question if MMR is even compliant any more !!!!

Especially given the history, it took DB 5 years to get MMR back trading again, and only at a time to suit him because the BPH cap raise goose was cooked imo.
How long do we all think MMR has got before we go back in suspension for non compliance of the PDF crew ????
