It's a bit above my pay grade. All I know is that in the Pathfinder case, the Commonwealth had a position, the Federal court justice did not agree with their position, and the Pathfinder permit ultimately was approved. The similiarities between the Pathfinder case and our case are Indisputable and this gives me total conviction.
I am confident that the media is interested this time around and there will be more coverage in due course.
