Scomos case with Pep11 has no relevance in 2025, and along with the Patfinder Case, Pep11 is Simply The Federal Government of Australia and NSW that all Australians have elected, following what the electorate want, and what is politically favourable for both Parties wether it be ALP or LNP, Pep11 is clearly on the nose in 2025, not even the press want to touch it anymore, and the Elected Government whom ever is elected will enforce and regulate same, investing against the elected Government of Australia is basically insane in long term wealth building, no matter how you look at it !!!!! I see today no body took out my 5,s !!!! Bugger !!!!
