Why is DB more than happy to exchange shareholders funds used for loans to be exchanged for equity but requires cash for his debts owed by associated companies. Seems if it’s good enough for shareholders funds to be converted to equity funds owed to him should be converted to equity but for some funny reason he prefers cash
