3X your promised legal opinion of Pep11 is complete fabrication backed up by Bush Lawyers , and yourself a regulator, what legal background have you got ???? your a desk jockey regulator with a opinion on how your boss should do things, obviously a recipe for disaster imo.

Dont you think if DB,s team of 2 Ensign Law was Gung Ho taking down the Federal and State governments of Australia they would of updated by now to the 1600 page submission by the Government, or maybe do you just think DB might be able to throw one more cap raise in before he throws the towel in ????

MMR needs to make some big calls atm in a couple of ways, they need to get a tangible project because of Pep11,s denial or ensuing multi year legal battle against the Federal and State Governments, and MMR will need bulk cash to achieve either of above and to remain compliant listed under a PDF on the ASX, and that’s going to need a decent cap raise in the ST and the clock is ticking, and we all know what DB does when the clock is ticking don’t we !!!!
“CAP RAISE” DB Style to Soph’s, how the hell he is going to do that in 2025 has got me stuffed tbh.

How much do you think he needs for a new project plus the huge legal bill for defending Pep11 against the Feds and obviously this will be the last window to do a cap raise for quite a while I’d say for MMR .,,,, i would say he would have to go for atleast $3m so that would 1.5 billon shares at 0.002 or 1 Billion at 0.003 huge dilution for MMR in the ST but a glimpse of reality moving forward into 2025 imo especially in the current ASX oily penny market and forecasted future brutal ASX oily penny market and DB knows it !!!

February 2025 will be crunch time for MMR imo crew, I just hope I’m out of here tbh before it hits the fan in February imo !!!
