Well if your posting such unequivocal evidence why the hell isn’t DB informing the market of his intent to defend then, because ensign Legal aren’t Bush Lawyers driving a regulator desk during the day, they are a team of 2 against the federal and state Governments of Australia and they will collating the potential legal bill and retainer for Advent to defend Pep11 over a period of years, and as we know from past actions of DB in legal issues DB moves at snails pace, just so he can throw another Cap Raise in !!!! It’s simply been rinse repeat by DB for 5 years now it’s actually beyond ridiculous now that punters like yourself keep punting on Pep11 imo !!!! Pep11 is just a legal nightmare now for MMR shareholders, or probably the best thing for MMR shareholders in the big picture is to put MMR behind them and put Pep11 in the dust bin of history, and then get on with a tangible ST project like Cerberus or a play in Bass Strait or the Cooper Basin or NWS all true infrastructure rich and government supported oil and gas provinces in Australia.
