So just in case you have forgotten, here are my previous predictions which are documented innthe threads I have put up well prior to the decisions being made:-

Predicted Advent would win the Scomo case - correct.
Predicted the Government would concede the Scomo case before it got to court - correct
Predicted that the Government would not file their defence in the 45 day case - correct
Predicted that the decision would come before Parliament resumed in 2025 - correct.
I did soften on the last prediction after I stumbled across Albo's speech in Parliament from 2021. My rationale was that having been afflicted by that level of bias, nobody would be stupid enough to announce a refusal before the election. I was wrong, turns out Albo is that stupid.

So, I repeat my current predictions:-
Advent will win the new court case.
The government will concede before it gets to hearing.
If the ALP retain power, the Government will not file a defence.
If the LNP gain power, they may file a defence then concede just to publicly embarass the ALP.
