Hey Crew just thought it’s prudent to throw a depth timestamp in atm, MMR due to DB,s inaction is on the cusp of revolt atm imo, February 2025 is certainly going to be a very very interesting space for both MMR and BPH imo.
DB as we know moves at a snail pace in 2023/24/25, the reason being is that he has to throw a cap raise before giving direction of legal action to shareholders, and in such he’s damned if he does and he’s dammed he dosent, if he does go with defending Pep11 he’s locked into a multi year legal case against the Commenwealth and State Governments over years and associated huge legal bills, but if he dosent he looses his Pep11 punters, when actually probably the best thing DB can actually do is move on from the money burn for no return and get on with a tangible project, heaps of crew and fellow oily pennies are keen to partner up at the moment, and DB should be able to find a very sweet prospect to fit the PDF guidelines for around 3m for MMR imo, and simply move on from Pep11 rather than get involved in a multi year legal case against the Commonwealth and State Governments.

it’s looking very tippy currently MMR imo moving forward, and just awaiting negative sentiment now for capitulation into the 3,s possibly the 2,s depending on the Cap Raise price DB gets away with the much beaten seething I’m sure currently Soph’s of 69Cap incoming imo !!!!
