Been reading through this thread and am getting bored with the same down ramping and replies. All I want to see is Advent put out a statement that they have started court proceedings. Been 2 weeks and the time is ticking away. C'mon DB get moving or at the least inform the market of when and what action you are going to take. Glta. I'm still a believer that this will come good but like I said time is ticking away.
