it does not matter if this caucus decision was in place or not - their actions reinforce the FACT that they wanted to Frustrate. Delay. and ultimately REFUSE!
MK has now admitted that their actions are akin to being an activist group and NOT the actions of a fair and law abiding (AND IMO - ETHICAL) GOVERNMENT!!
they are guilty and should concede even before it reaches the Justice. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
