Sam, the quarterly for BPH shows they did advance funds, as a loan, to Advent, you know this. The MMR quarterly shows nothing has been advanced by MMR at this point, and it won't until the NOPTA approval is granted. Asset has more than enough cash for the court case, again you know this.
