There are a lot of people who talk and try to stoke fear and confusion to PEP11 Shareholders. It is lucky that we have some who have fought this war and presented FACTS and LAWS that are applicable in this fight.
PEP11 was always headed to the Courts - the ONLY place where FAIRNESS and JUSTICE would be delivered. The Courts are the ONLY place PEP11 had to ask for fair treatment. The pollies know they can not follow due process/law - cos if they did they would have NO choice but to follow NOPTAs advice.
Anyways we have said ALL of this for a long time
It is now time to MUTE the trolls and nutbags.........
Watch/Listen and PRAY that the Federal Court will give TRUE and FAIR justice to PEP11..... EVEN if that conclusion is a REFUSAL.(somethig that I do NOT believe will be the outcome - BUT i aint no Justice Jackson!)
