the timing of your return to downramping and its regular consistency is of note. You want in bad before the upcoming initial hearing. While I don’t expect there to be much of an SP change prior to or after the case management hearing, I do see the reason in your attempts as a non holder wanting in, I just don’t agree with the approach.
