Thing is Simple1 , and don’t forget it imo.
The Scomo case has no bearing on the ALP case over the Denial of the exploration license of Pep11, and it never will seen through the eyes of a Federal Judge, and to say different is simply foolish imo.
As Albanese says in Regard to Pep11 that he will do everything to the letter of the law when it comes to dealing with Pep11, and at Albanese disposal and the elected Federal governments of Australia disposal they have the best QC,s Barristers and lawyers in Australia on demand at what ever the cost to make sure Albanese and Crew of the ALP sticks to the letter of the law in regard to the denial of the Pep11 exploration licence that they have now researched planned and prepared for and now exercised in 2022/23/24/25/26/27/28/29……………
Thing is also is that Albanese and the ALP have denied the Pep11 exploration license in the proper way through the proper process of the JA, and can in no way be compared to the Scomo Pep11 licence denial debacle, and the Judge Jackson knows that.
The Scomo case was closed before it was opened imo, and Albanese and crew have learnt everything of what not to do when it comes to Denial of the Pep11 exploration license imo, and have exercised that right of denial to the letter of the law as Albanese has expressed since inception, with the best QC,s and Barristers Lawyers etc of Australia adjudicating the process in the background before and during denial imo,
Scomo was a rouge fool running Solo, Albanese and crew are a Federally Elected Government Of Australia, rolling as a collective to give the States and Electorates what they demand through there votes, and deliver on what Australia wants and needs as a collective, and that’s exactly what they have delivered on in regard to the Pep11 Exploration licence denial.
It’s to easy to have blinkers on when invested in companies imo, and not see the reality of a companies prospects or situation through the greed of or sooooooo wanting something to happen for possible outcomes as a shareholder, I certainly learnt that the hard way a long time ago.
The ALP has gone to the extreme length of denial of the Pep11 licence because it’s what Australia wants as a collective in 2024/25, and they will continue to enforce same to the end imo, I know it’s very sad for Pep11 investors, but also very true imo for Pep11 investors.
Ignore the facts in front of you at your own peril imo !!!
I certainly haven’t !
