The 2 examples actually have no bearing on Pep11, Pep11has actually been denied by successive ALP and LNP governments, and it’s time for the Companies involved in Pep11 Inc to finally move on from the Federal Government of Australia’s stance to deny Pep11,s exploration licence, along with the NSW state government imo.
MMR in particular is in a very sticky situation currently operating under a PDF, without a tangible project to attract investment under, unless management forge ahead with a purchasing a new sexy project for MMR to remain compliant, imo MMR will be forced back into suspension moving forward in 2025 imo.
