I'm not sure what part of this it is you don't get. I'll try and break it down for you.

Scott Morrison - Denied the permit but his actions were not valid so we go to court and win
Madeline King - Had the power to deny the permit but did not so as to not tarnish her reputation (even though she has)
Anthony Albanese - Has categorically said the permit will not be approved
Ed Husic - Denied the permit for the reasons of public interest and finances which have ended up back in court to be determined under law

Can you see a pattern here. Every politician that has tried to end this permit has failed.

This means what any politician says means as much as what you continually post on here. Its their OPINION and not based in any fact.

So we take what the politicians say with a grain of salt ALP or Libs or Greens or whoever.

Now we await the court to decide UNDEDR LAW whether the permit is valid or not. When we deal with law we deal with facts and the application of those facts as pertains to individual cases as well as drawing upon any legal precedence that exists.

So all things being equal and looking at the FACTS as well as PRECEDENCE and without knowing the outcome, a reasonable person would weigh up these factors and make a reasonable conclusion that if the law is applied fairly and without bias then the permit should be approved.

Is there a chance that things don't go our way??? Of course there is BUT something untoward would need to occur for that to be the case.

And so Husic, Albo Scomo, and even Wicks can say and do whatever they want it has ZERO bearing on the outcome of this case.

Again I repeat to you as I have said many times, IF you are so adamant that this permit will be denied it is IMO a very bad investment strategy NOT to sell out of this stock immediately.
