The context is this, Robertson tried to create uncertainty around PEP11 under a Lib Government and Wicks fired back and said its just a Labour lie her position on PEP11 is clear and it will not be going ahead....etc etc.
Interesting that there seems to be a lot of commentary on a matter before the courts.
I note that when it suits them politicians always use the line of "well that matter is before the courts so I cannot comment and further on it"
