I get the political play here is that whoever can shout loudest that they killed PEP11 wins but I would have thought they would be some type of judicial safeguards either already in play or available to us to prevent this from continually going on.
Saying PEP11 is settled is a far cry from the reality of PEP11 is yet to be settled.
Definitely frustrating but I guess it all comes back to politics and the lack of clout that the politicians will ultimately have on the final decision.
Would be great to see a truthful article or comment floating around so hopefully the journo in question comes out swinging.
