Yes, when a staunch anti-PEP11 MP, with legal training and qualifications, goes on the public record to explain that Albanese has stuffed the NOPTA process up, nothing further really needs to be said. I have said it before, and I will say it again, the case cannot be defended, will not get to trial IMO.
