Of which of course it won’t, it’s been denied by the Federal Government of Australia and state governments of NSW and now even opposing local politicians of the Pep11 zone on the NSW coast are holding hands and singing kumbiaha together to collectively deny Pep11,s exploration licence.
And the process for Pep11 never even got as far as Nopsema of which I’ve been informed was the Federal JA,s trump card if needed for denial of the project anyway, under environmental grounds .
Things have changed dramatically for Pep11,s future in 2024/25, the license has been denied by the Federal JA and collectively with the state of NSW and its constituents backing it locally state side NSW, and it’s going to stay that way no matter what, if the state and Federal Government of Australia have their say and of course they do don’t they, even if Bush Lawyers and over invested Pep11 players state otherwise to try and save a terrible investment decision of taking part in the 2024 cap raise and re listing of MMR last November and subsequent SP hammering, which as reality drags on is only going to worsen SP wise imo.

Here is the Memo so you can email it out to the pack, because you missed something extremely prudent when investing in Pep11.

And not going all in on a gamble against the federally elected government of Australia in tandem with the NSW government and its constituents backing a Pep11 denial, what more do you need to open your eyes imo !!!
