    Why didn't NSW lodge a decision?

    Are they in favour of PEP11? No, ofcourse not.

    If they are against PEP11, why wouldn't they say so? It's not like they were pushed for time?

    I personally think NSW were just like Madeleine King, they ducked out to avoid the mud sticking to them when it all comes crashing down once the truth comes out. It all begins on 30/4/25.
