    Surely if they had reasonable grounds to refuse, papers would've been upfront already!!
    Looks like AnAl s going to be a loser, put in bs papers and be derided for it during election times (with Spain/Portugal blackouts- how's it going blackout Bowen??) it'll be the end of his election
    So I'd say hopefully they'll back down and give up
