Can confirm this. I failed using Nord VPN in the USA last year to try have a punt on Sportsbet.
I can also suggest all posters include a simple statement about PEP11 to conclude their posts. As this will make it much harder to moderate due to relevance.

I can just smell the gas coming from pep11, so I believe that we are destined to get approved! It's almost as strong as the gas some certain posters in this forum are spewing out!
