The market clearly believes Pep11 is done and dusted, the legal investment community believes Pep11 is done and dusted under the scope of a Judicial Review.
If this wasn’t Fact the SP of MMR would be many multiples its current SP and I would still be a major holder of MMR, instead since re listing MMR has floundered in the markets loosening 60% of its value, the options MMRO are now done imo, and with out tangible project under its PDF MMR will be 0.002 because of the cap raise to fund same with a attractive free option package to lure in Soph punters if I know DB !!!
