The thing is MMR is in a precarious situation under the compliance of a PDF, imo the Judge is going to kick Assets case to the wall against the Commenwealth in the current Judaical Review of the Pep11 Exploration license denied by the re elected Federal ALP Government , under the scope of the Current Judicial Review, because the Commonwealth has done everything to the letter of the Law in the Commonwealth decision to deny the Pep11 licence in January 2025, you might not agree with the decision because it doesn’t suit you position in MMR in Particular, but that’s the risk you took investing in MMR when clearly the Federal and State Governments were going to deny it and defend same decision to the enth degree using the best and highest paid lawyers that actually wrote the book on the ALP,s denial in January 2025 !!!!

You can bitch and moan about it all you like 3X but in reality it’s not going to make one iota of difference to the outcome imo !!!!

And on obviously the market is supporting the same denial decision for MMR!!!

These are the risks you take In the oily pennies crew, obviously this one’s not going to work out for MMR imo, and it’s time to accept the denial imo, and for management to plan beyond Pep11 now before it’s to late to come back from imo, in particular MMR after its recent 5 year suspension, of which imo MMR should of never returned to trade in late November 2024 and the market obviously agrees by the dismal SP performance since re listing!!
