So what happens when the Commonwealth vehemently defend its decision to deny Pep11 its exploration in January under the toothless scope of a Judicial Review, who in there right mind would consider that the government would deny Pep11 its exploration license without having all the Legality’s checked and counter checked by the most experienced legal minds in Australia representing the Commonwealths decision to deny Pep11 its exploration license, to invest against same is simply foolish imo and the market since the Pep11 exploration license denial agrees obviously by the very poor Pep11 Inc SP since !!!
