Sort of agree but not in this case.
If it were you and me, they were representing yes, they would stretch it out.
They are on the government pay role they are making money every day if not this case another case.
One way to not be on government pay role is to give second rate advice. And keep doing it.
Stretching this out now is not a good look for the government.
Advising to stretch this out is even worse for their legal team. ( And you would think they would be well aware of this )
Anyway, only my opinion.
