Would be interesting to know if TWIGGY approached the Government or the Government approached TWIGGY to build the storage facility and LNG transport tanker as he clearly heavily invested in renewables and clearly continuously states it's only to assist to meet any potential shortfall before renewables can fill the shortfall.
