This would have to be near the final nail in the coffin the company admitting it's highly unlikely to attract significant investment capital or industry partners without a complete 3D SEISMIC SURVEY. If the company states the project highly unlikely to attract the required capital to attract capital without a 3D seismic survey completed I don't understand what's changed
