Anyone that understands anything about the investment cycle of a company involved in new projects would understand that an initial investment of 1 million dollars would be more than enough to spec out a new enterprise prior to external investments.
Still think PEP11 is the main game and ultimately I think that gets approved albeit we will need to wait for a bit longer IMO but it’s good to know we are able to pivot if need be
