hi Jim, I think the time for the 15 day complex excuse window is gone. The reason for that is the 1600 pages and the response. NOPTA reviewed and forwarded to JA with the same approval in my mind. They would have already screamed rejection from the Sydney harbour bridge if that were the case.
10 days from the 4th for me. That would be the 17th Dec. DB should be itching to lodge on the 18th.
