Just a recap whilst we wait.

Advent provided NOPTA with further information on 15/11/2024.

NOPTA took 13 working days to forward the permit back to JA which occurred on 4/12/2024

Ed has currently had the updated information for 6 working days.

Its fair to assume that Ed will at the very least take the 15 days that NOPTA outline as a guide to assess the permit determining that this permit is complex (even though its not and NOTPA have approved it a gazillion times).

That gives Ed up to 25th December 2024 to hand down his decision which is obviously Xmas day.

So assuming Ed will at the very least use all of the allotted 15 days and knowing that this takes into account the Xmas break lets say Ed is back on the 6/01/2025.

OPTIONS
1. Ed hands down a decision before Xmas
2. Ed hands down a decision in the early new year
3. Ed holds off on a decision until the election is called and the Government goes into care taker mode
4. Advent prepare for a denial before or after Xmas and lodge with the court to have the reasons for denial reviewed
5. No decision is handed down by Ed and the Libs win power in the election and approve PEP11 in accordance with the law.

Option 5 would see an approval around May June next year IMO based on a March 2025 election.
