What you obviously fail to understand due to your quite transparent strategy is that it doesn't matter if Scomo, Albo or Jesus Christ himself is against Pep11.
The fact of the matter is this. If the politicians could kill PEP11 it would have been dead years ago. The politicians CANNOT kill PEP11. All they can do is delay it to suit their own political agenda.
So I fully expect Husic to dent the permit. So what. The SP drops a couple of pips and the ghouls like yourself have a few days of gloating. Then we get down to the serious business before the courts, where IMO the denial will be vacated....again....and approval given by whichever government is in power at the time.
