Lets just deal with what I think is possible,
1, Trump (Mr Drill Baby Drill) might get elected around the time we come back.
- Surely this has to have some effect on ED making a decision?
2, ED is likely to make his decision around early December and is tipped IMO,
- 75% NO , 25% YES to PEP11
YES we move on to enviros (almost completed) and we drill
NO we lodge court action quite quickly citing unfair treatment YET AGAIN!
3, AU Election 2025.
- 75% chance the Liberals will win and be friendly towards bringing down energy costs by allowing permits like the PEP11 one to be explored.
- 25% chance Labour win and we continue down the path of court action and compensation.
So in summary yes there are periods of uncertainty, but by no means are we at the "throw in the towel stage" as some here might suggest.
The relisting of MMR and allotment of the of the BPH options are 2 quite cumbersome tasks and I can only imagine the lights be on quite late each night of late working through the strong demand as evidenced by persons like myself requesting their full allotment.
For MMR it does look like we satisfy all 5 requirements to relist and I would be very surprised if we are not trading at weeks end.
On top of all the above, MMR is likely to pick up new friends and interest from various people due to the tax status and as such I personally expect a reasonable demand for stock going forward.
Ex CRA mining geo's might want to get in touch should they want to chat about MMR and specifics of what I see going forward.
