Correct, but Advent holds 85% of PEP11. So MMR has an equivalent of 32% when BUY's 15% interest is factored in.
Main point is that MMR should be trading at more than twice the price of BUY and at a modest premium to BPH on the numbers. This is especially so given BUY's perilous cashflow position. MMR is seriously undervalued at this level IMO
