1. MMR was the subject of a sustained, prolonged, and aggressive downramping campaign during the relisting phase. I have no issue with sound fundamental analysis that raises questions about a company. That was not the case with MMR, the downramping was based on false and misleading commentary with no factual basis. 2. The market doesn't know who MMR is, and doesn't understand what a PDF is. 3. The market is hesitant about Husic's stated position.
#3 doesn't make a lot of sense as BPH and BUY are holding their values in a reasonably tight range post Husic's announcement of his preliminary view so MMR should be trading near or at parity, not at a 50% discount in comparison.
