Orica doesn't use coal for feedstock to make ammonia nitrate. So thats completey different as Orica Kooragang uses about 15% of NSW gas.
I did see that article in the Australian about Centennial coal selling Eraring coal to export market and thats a floor in the system that should be managed by the government yet they sit on there hands.
