Last quarter the "cash producing assets" lost money. Then you need to add the Admin cost, (-$500K) for the quarter. BUY lose money every quarter. No suprise you were able to easily fill your order. Cerberus/Jacobsen two drill program in late 2025, BUY will be forced to sell that asset to pay the rent IMO.
Might as well have donated that money to charity.
