Yeah this story makes no sense and it is getting world wide attention. To me its a deliberate act. Either sabotage from some company or institution, or theft from someone. If you want to get even more conspiracy like, who knows, maybe even the Fed Gov or State Gov are in on it. Maybe its an environmental group trying to create fear. The possibilities are endless, but it didn't just fall off!
