Unfortunately, we still have the same useless & overpaid RH in charge. Until this changes, neither does TOE unfortunately! Only one chance to change things regardless of who is in charge, and that is a change in WA Government which would force the hands of RH to actually do something.

It used to be 2 chances and that was the substantial commencement lifeline, but RH screwed that up big time! To make it seem like there was still a chance, he came up with the EPA option lie which we will soon hear about again in the 'copy and paste' paragraph for the 14th quarterly report in a row at the end of this month. Clearly after 14 quarterly reports, if he has not gone down the EPA path for substantial commencement, then he never will.
