Dnatorn thinks that Xstrata is on the same level IQ as he (or she) is.


Xtsrata do not want low grade non-upgradable ore, they want long life good quality ore.


And why would Xstrata bid for Minara when Glencore owns ~49% of Minara and 40% of Murin-Murin?

This gives Glencore ~70% ownership of Murin-Murin.


All Glencore has to do is to add another 3% on market purchase, take it stake to over 50% thus gaining control of the board, and then selling its stake to Xstrata.


Repeating again, Xstrata and Glencore are not on the same IQ level as dnatron, because they need to control supply first - and that won't come easy or cheap as just five shareholder groups control more than 65% of the supply.
