It's funny cos jopo has been saying for ages that its not decreasing and here you are agreeing that it hasn't been shown to be decreasing like he has asked many times.if it can be shown, then show it with a graph that counters his that shows it increasing over the last 20 years. Butcherboy had a go at showing it sometime back by posting the effect of co2 on olr spectrum but I don't believe that displayed total olr change over time as you would perhaps expect with the known increase in co2.
